Engineering · Custom applications built on COROS

The next CRM will not look anything like a CRM.

Your business is not a category, and the software running it should not be a category either. We build custom applications on the COROS engine, which understands how people actually coordinate: promises, moods, breakdowns, and the conversations that resolve them.

For companies that want their own AI product, and for studios that build for clients.

Why this is different

Thirty years of software got better at recording what already happened.

Contacts, tickets, deals, dates. The record is accurate and the work still falls apart, because the things that actually break are not in the record. A promise nobody confirmed. A doubt nobody said out loud. A team that has quietly stopped telling each other the truth.

We build on the COROS engine, which models the part your current systems cannot see: the network of promises and moods that work actually runs on.

It already runs in production as a coaching product used by executives, coaches, and teams. What we do here is fit it to a specific business and build the software around it.

What runs underneath

Under your application, total mood and work management.

The care your people bring becomes the service your product gives.

What your customers say comes back to your people, and how your customers are listened to changes how your people listen. Underneath, the COROS engine: moods, live; the work, live; personal memory, live; shared memory, on demand; your language and roles, fitted in every build.

Where each part stands, as of October 2026.

What we build

Systems fitted to your business, not to a category.

Software that reads coordination, not just records it

A system that knows a promise was made, that it is late, and that the mood around it has turned. That is a different data model from a database of contacts and dates, and it is the one the COROS engine is built on.

Trained on your business, not on a category

Your operation is not a template. We build on your actual language, your actual roles, and the way work really moves through your company, rather than bending you into someone else's idea of a workflow.

Conversational where it should be, structured where it must be

People talk to it. It still produces the records, the reports, and the audit trail your business runs on. The interface disappears; the rigor does not.

Delivered in weeks

The old economics of custom software assumed a year of discovery and a team of twenty. That assumption is gone. What used to be a seven figure build and eighteen months is now a fraction of both.

How we work

We start by doing.

We take a real piece of your hardest problem and show you what we can do, fast. We are selective; the fit reveals itself in the work.

We build it

The application your customers use, on the COROS engine: fitted to your business, speaking your language, and structured where your business needs records, reports and an audit trail.

We keep improving it

A standing call, weekly or monthly as the work needs. You make the requests. We bring what we are seeing in how people use it, and then we go to work.

You stay in charge

Your product managers decide what it becomes. We advise on design and direction, and we do not impose our will on your product.

How your customers are listened to begins to change how your own people listen. The culture informs the product, and the product informs the culture.

Building on it now

WorkAbroad and ChipReady are building on it.

A sketch of Mei, a composite
If you build for clients

Mei, 36

Skepticism → Ambition

She runs a six-person software studio that builds custom systems for mid-sized companies. Her clients all want AI now, and most of what they ask for is another dashboard.

The story she told herself. "AI is one more feature to bolt on." She built what clients asked for, dashboard after dashboard, in the mood our mood board calls the telemarketer: run the script, and don't listen.

The turn. Trying COROS free, she saw what it reads that no dashboard does: what is moving, what is stuck, and the moods that decide it. She asked her next client about their conversations, not their screens. The build that followed became her studio's category.

What changes. She builds a custom application on COROS, the client's people stop missing, and the next client calls her first.

Mei is a composite, drawn from people we have worked with. To protect them, we have changed names, details and situations.

Talk about a build

Tell us what your business actually does.

And where the work keeps breaking. We start with an hour. If a build is the right answer we will scope it plainly, and if it is not we will say so.
