These Terms of Participation cover the following privacy policy.

This privacy policy applies to all websites, programs, courses, and communities (collectively, the "Services") offered by Rasool Ventures, LLC DBA Conceivian (the "Company"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy regarding recorded conversations and personal information is guided by our core philosophy that we deeply respect individuals' right to personalized privacy while also recognizing the social practice of sharing conversations in private and trusted networks for learning and growth. With this in mind, our policy is as follows:

  1. Participants in recorded conversations can have lifetime access to the recordings in which they participated and can change the privacy settings on each conversation at any time.

  2. The privacy settings available are:

    1. Private: Only the participant(s) can access the recording.

    2. Shared in Network: The participant(s) can share the recording with a specific network or group of individuals, but permission from all parties involved must be obtained before doing so.

    3. Public: The recording can be shared publicly, but permission from all parties involved must be obtained before doing so.

  3. If any party does not grant permission for a recorded conversation to be shared in a network or publicly, the conversation may be published by removing the conversational segment from that person.

  4. Conceivian will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy of all parties involved in recorded conversations and will not disclose any personal information publicly without the explicit consent of the individual.

  5. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding privacy.

  6. Conceivian may use any recorded conversations for training its coaches and people in coach training programs.

  7. Conceivian reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Everything at Conceivian is private by default. We ask all of our staff and participants to honor this commitment.
