Terms of Use
The rules for using our site, programs, and learning portals, and the confidentiality we ask of you in return.
Effective April 15, 2020 · Last updated June 8, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, programs, courses, learning portals, and communities (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Rasool Ventures, LLC, DBA Conceivian (“Conceivian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Conceivian is a research institute dedicated to the study and development of human potential. Our work produces educational programs and surfaces as new frameworks, methods, algorithms, and AI, developed in partnership with our sister company, COROS AI.
2. Using the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Our intellectual property
All content we share, frameworks, methods, recordings, course materials, software, algorithms, designs, text, and other materials, is the property of Conceivian and its affiliates, and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use this content for your own learning. You may not claim ownership of, copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
4. Recordings and confidentiality of others
Many sessions are recorded, and we provide participants with the recordings of the sessions in which they took part. Some group recordings are made available within a program through learning platforms such as Skool, where access is granted only to participants in that specific program. These recordings are private and confidential. You agree:
- To use recordings and materials only within the program. You will not post, publish, forward, redistribute, or share group recordings, transcripts, or materials outside the program, and will not use them for any purpose other than your own learning.
- To hold in confidence what you learn about other participants. In group programs you will hear other people’s circumstances and stories. You agree to keep these private, in the same way you would want your own held.
- Not to share your account. Your access is for you alone, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
5. A safe and harassment-free space
Conceivian is committed to the dignity and self-esteem of every participant. We provide a harassment-free environment. Harassment or discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, ability, or any personal characteristic will not be tolerated. If you experience or witness this, contact any member of our team and we will take care of it.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, protect, and use information, including how de-identified, pseudonymized research data is used to develop our frameworks and AI and shared only with COROS AI.
7. Coaching is educational, not therapy or professional advice
Our programs are educational. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, nor for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Where therapy investigates the past, coaching is about inventing a different future. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn. Consult the appropriate licensed professional before acting on matters of health, law, or finance. Some programs involve physical wellness activity; consult your physician before changing your diet or beginning exercise, and you assume responsibility for your own physical participation.
8. Payment and completion
Fees are as agreed at sign-up. All purchases are final and no refunds are issued. You may complete (end) your engagement at any time. The detailed terms of the client relationship are set out in the Master Services Agreement.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is,” for educational purposes. Your results depend on your own willingness and effort. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conceivian and its affiliates are not liable for outcomes in your life or business, nor for indirect or non-compensatory damages. Nothing here creates an attorney-client or other professional relationship.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration before a single mutually agreed arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in King County, Washington.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
