Conceivian is the first school to prepare coaches for the COROS levels. COROS assesses and issues the mark, and partner schools teach toward it.
Today the school begins in the Clearing: ninety free minutes on Zoom, led by Saqib Rasool.

The Clearing is the ultimate support system for coaches, and for the time being it is completely free. We meet on the second Tuesday of every month, ninety minutes on Zoom, led by Saqib Rasool. You get three things.
- Software that attunes you. COROS AI, before and after your sessions. Your first 100 messages are on us.
- A room of peers who listen. Coaches, mentors, consultants and advisors working on the same question.
- A practice that holds up. Learning to sell better, close better and attract business, with your questions answered by people who have built theirs.
Coaches, mentors, consultants and advisors who are serious about getting radically better at the work itself.
They have clients. They are past the beginning and not yet the practitioner they have committed to become, and they are hungry about the gap in between.
They want to be among the best at this, not just better at marketing it. They are the ones who go back over a session in their mind afterward and wonder what they missed. They know they will stay in demand only as long as their clients leave transformed.
We teach toward it. COROS assesses it.
Conceivian is the premier partner of COROS. COROS Certified Coach runs from Level 1 to Level 7, following the stages of skill.
Teaching
Conceivian prepares coaches for the levels.
Nomination
When a coach is ready for a level, the school puts their name forward.
The mark
COROS assesses the coach and issues the mark, COROS Certified Coach, Level 1 to Level 7. A nomination does not earn it. COROS alone decides.
Grandmaster
Level 8, grandmaster, is recognized rather than assessed: a master whose student has become a master.
Where this stands today. The levels are new. What the school teaches toward each one, how often it meets and what it costs are not settled yet, and we will not guess at them here.

Overwhelm → Momentum
A coach for a decade, with a practice that pays some months and not others. Her clients love her, and her calendar does not show it.
The story she told herself. "I'm a coach who sometimes gets booked." She hid inside her craft, the mood our mood board calls the Specialist, and left the market to others. Whenever the AI wave came up, she changed the subject.
The turn. The coaching asked her to stand as the founder of her own practice, concerned with her market and customers, not only her craft. She let herself be a beginner again with AI, and put her signature way of listening at the center of her offer. Then she applied for certification, and her practice found its level.
Carmen is a composite, drawn from people we have worked with. To protect them, we have changed names, details and situations.
Eighteen people joined us for the first one.
The Clearing is a free live room for coaches, mentors, consultants and advisors, led by Saqib Rasool. The first one was held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
We had a fantastic conversation. Following our principles, the recording is only available to the people who joined the room.
There is no catch.
Nobody is going to replace your method. Your method is yours. We work on the person who uses it.
The room is free, the AI you use inside it is free, nothing is offered at the end, and nobody will call you afterward. If you take the ninety minutes and we never hear from you again, that is a completely fine outcome.
