How ELP Works

Peer Groups

On alternating weeks, participants join peer groups to explore challenges more intimately, share experiences, and support each other's growth.

Live Workshops w/ Master Coaches

Participants attend bi-weekly live coaching sessionsβ€”2-hour Zoom callsβ€”alternating between group coaching with master coaches and smaller peer group discussions. These sessions include summaries of relevant topics, intensive Q&A, live coaching, exercises, and breakout rooms to foster trust and collaboration.

Breakthrough Curriculum

Participants engage with a curriculum that includes video discourses, practical exercises, and reflective assignments designed to open new conversations and possibilities.

β€œHi, I am Saqib Rasool, the co-founder & CEO at Conceivian. As a serial entrepreneur, coach, and author, I started my career at Microsoft as an engineer. Later, I co-founded several startups, from raising millions in funding to exits, and built a start-up accelerator that has evolved into what is now Conceivian, an academy for leaders.

I see work and entrepreneurship as a way of being to deal with change, locating waves, and learning to navigate toward a better future. My passion for cultivating and mobilizing emerging leaders and changemakers led me to study human potential, action, teamwork, innovation, entrepreneurship, and power.
