Weekly Nugget: Life Is Not Fair | WDYT?

Hi friend,

So, a while ago, I wrote a poem really for myself, dealing with a situation where I thought life was unfair to me. The poem suddenly re-emerged, thinking about a particular mood of a client dealing with something at work. As this weekโ€™s nugget, I want to share it with you.

Life Is Not Fair

Working only to make money is a disaster

Living to serve others is the life of a master

When your bold attempts donโ€™t work, you think it is all done

You live life resigned to possibilities, and it is no fun

When you see your career blocked, you fall into despair

You forget that you are alive, so this mood we must repair

โ€˜Life is the greatest good,โ€™ Unger said it with dare

But you are addicted to comforts, so what do you care?

All day you go around whining, โ€˜Life is not fair.โ€™

Let me ask you a question: have you done your share?
