Experience shows that regular practice is potent, with benefits compounding over time. If you'd like to commit, please do so here

3. Or Join Whenever You Like:
Feel free to join any session whenever you wish. Just click this Zoom link. On rare occasions when I can't attend, you can use these recordings for independent practice.

4. Cost and Participation:
