What is The Power Course?

For ages, we have been told that power is bad, power is not bad, power is simply the ability to take care of your concerns and make happen what wouldn't otherwise. Our worlds are in the midst of a "Great Wave of Change," and power is shifting among genders, among nations, and among humans. To help you map a new path to the future, reinvent yourself, and reshape your sensibilities about what's next—everything I have learned, I have formalized it into 12 domains of skills and sensibilities that I have called "superpowers". 

The Power Course is an educational adventure in "Transformative Entrepreneurship". The real struggle of life is not knowing what to do with life, especially in times of change. Transformative Entrepreneurship helps resolve this struggle by equipping entrepreneurs working in all fields of life and in all kinds of organizations with the knowledge and skills necessary to build powerful selves, brilliant careers, and prosperous enterprises. Transformative Entrepreneurship is about transforming oneself and one's perspective so that new opportunities for bringing innovation open up in life and work.

The Process

The Power Course is a one-of-a-kind program, for unlocking the power of individuals, teams, and communities. Our scientifically proven curriculum is based on our inventions in meta-learning, skill, and capacity development in entrepreneurial action. Here you get to dream big and achieve it. It is not a course where we deliver you some information and leave you to it. No! This is a course where you will get in conversation with us and your tribe about what is blocking your way and what is possible for you. We will provide structure, maps, education, and accountability practices for you to achieve your greatness and realize your full potential. You will learn to identify your blindspots and stories that hold you down in spite of your best intentions to go up. We will help you remove your roadblocks, help you make assessments about what to do and how to be in various situations, and design constitutional agreements that shape your destiny. We will help you make commitments and keep them and inch by inch redesign your perspective and skills for success, satisfaction, and joy in life.
