Launching my professional journey in the competitive tech industry, I rapidly ascended to a leading role at Microsoft by the age of 25. This marked the beginning of a diverse career that spanned technology startups, incubators, venture funds, and more, with funding exceeding $10 million. Not all ventures soared; however, failures and personal challenges have etched invaluable lessons, enhancing my understanding of leadership resilience.
These experiences have taught me the nuances of leadership and success, and the resilience required to bounce back from failure. As the founder of Conceivian, I now leverage this insight, coupled with my research in ‘conversation design’, to develop extraordinary leaders. Over the last decade, I've had the privilege of assisting thousands in elevating their careers and finding joy and meaning in their work.
