I am passionate about helping leaders and teams cultivate skills and sensibilities for communicating and working together.
I am from Mexico City and have a Bachelor’s in Communication from Universidad Intercontinental and a Master’s degree in organizational development.
My beginnings were in TV production and the automotive industry.
I am passionate about photography, movies, dogs, recently cats, flowers, and trees.

My immersion in the world of the Hospitality Industry starts. During this decade, I became a trainer, facilitator, and coach as a player for the Human Resources team. Presidente Intercontinental Hotels and Westin Hotels & Resorts were my first Hotel companies.
I later worked at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels & Resorts and Mundo Imperial.
Opening The W Mexico City and W Dallas were some of the best experiences that happened to me during this time.
I facilitated the W Language & Lifestyle programs to all W Talent with the purpose that we all embodied and delivered the experiences that have been promised to our guests.

Grupo Autofin México, a multi-company Mexican group, opened the space for practicing OD. Lead a team to design and develop performance conversations, training programs, leadership development programs, and climate surveys.
In 2013 I began studying with Fernando Flores, this contingency transformed my life. The world of co-creating in conversations with others emerged. I worked as an assistant for Fernando for 3 years.

I met Saqib Rasool while studying with Fernando Flores in 2015. We became close friends and kept in communication since then.

We are thrilled to have Romy Sala at Conceivian as a senior coach and the Director of Serenity.
Born and raised in Mexico, Romy is an award-winning trainer and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the learning and hospitality industries. She has studied and worked closely with Dr. Fernando Flores for many years. She holds a bachelor's in Communication and a Masters in Organizational Development.
Romy lives in Mexico City with her wife, Eli, and together they recently adopted a young dog named Tuna. In her free time, she loves to read and take pictures of nature.
