Background

Luke was going through an existential crisis, questioning the meaning and purpose of his life and career. His entire life, he had one perspective, and now that it was shifting, he had to find a new meaning in his career, life, and everything. He felt stuck and needed guidance to move forward.

“I was experiencing my collapse of career, and a collapse in my worldview. I had become stuck. Meeting Saqib gave me some hope that here's a guy who actually knew what was going on, and in a way that he could articulate it, and describe a path forward.”

Breakthrough

Luke enrolled in The Power Course, and during his participation, he learned how to become a new beginner, see things from multiple perspectives, and take on global leadership. He developed a new worldview that enabled him to open possibilities and opportunities like never before. 

He learned to take responsibility for his own satisfaction and mobilized action in the domains of family, work, and money. He developed advanced competency in interrupting his moods of cynicism and resignation and took responsibility for inviting moods of passion and enthusiasm. He became more engaged and, as a result, experienced new projects, new partnerships, new possibilities, and an overall greater agency over his own satisfaction. He also increased his family's wealth through his investment endeavors and visited and served children in war-torn Ukraine via his nonprofit work. 

Luke's participation in The Power Course helped him navigate his existential crisis and find a new sense of purpose and direction in his life. He found a new place to stand in his deep spiritual commitment and is now launching a relationship course that will benefit many people.

Skills and Sensibilities Developed

Through the Power Course, Luke learned how to: 

• Catch bad moods and cultivate energizing moods in himself and others

• Become a new beginner in complex situations to learn rapidly

• Take responsibility for his own satisfaction

• Take global leadership and mobilize his network

More About Luke

Born and raised in Alaska, USA, Luke is the Co-founder and CFO of Novi Community.

He has been a real estate developer, executive pastor, and operations director at a religious non-profit. He loves helping people grow toward their potential. He has an MBA in strategic leadership from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Columbia College.

Alongside his work as a property developer, he is also launching a relationship course with his wife, Cindy, that will benefit many people.
