Job Summary
The Product Manager will be a self-driven, proactive, and people-oriented individual responsible for assisting in the strategizing, planning, execution, delivery, and marketing of our AI/Human coaching products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment where dealing with ambiguity and change is commonplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in gathering and defining product requirements and roadmaps for coaching-centric services and products infused with cutting-edge AI/ML and LLMs.
2. Actively participate, ideate, and collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team in building engineering, data science, design, marketing, and product positioning projects.
3. Develop and execute product marketing campaigns, including creative artifacts, such as whitepapers, audio, videos, graphics, and illustrations, to promote our mission and generate interest in our products and services.
3. Be very curious, regularly keeping up with market trends and engaging with users to gather insights.
4. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stand-ups to align with strategic goals, and demonstrate an ability to adapt and learn by taking on responsibilities that may be out of your initial skill set.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives, serving as a 'people person' within and outside the team.
6. Monitor key performance indicators to measure product success, maintaining high levels of integrity in all reporting and communication.
7. Ability and flexibility to collaborate with design & management teams in the US Pacific timezone and effectively drive software development leveraging vendors in the Asian time zone.
9. Lead creation efforts of product narratives documentation, including writing customer/buyer persona definitions, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, validation, release management, analysis of product and marketing metrics, and drive improvements.
10. Actively participate in and lead the creation of product-related marketing material, including blog posts, website information, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and webinars.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a technology/creative role, preferably in a startup environment.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
4. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
5. Some background and strong interest in AI/ML.
6. Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated to excel.
8. A team player with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and coaching-centric services.
9. Willingness and ability to work across multiple time zones, specifically Asian and USA Pacific time zones.
